You can opt-in if you have a battle.net account. I came across this reading a friends blog who also has an interesting take on what ulterior motives Blizzard might have by using game consolidation.

FYI: For those of you who want to try to do this from work, you need to download and run a client that picks up your computers specs. Don't worry about this being inaccurate as you can update the information to send.

Also mentions that SC2 should be out mostly likely by the end of this year.

They still hope for a Q2 release is what I heard, though that is doubtful knowing Blizzard.

These are entertaining videos... but I have to admit they have pretty much killed any motivation I had to play SC2. I'm getting too old for any game with that level of micromanagement. Makes me look forward to Diablo more though.

I can't wait to see what Swat can do on that engine. And, of course, how Blizzard will wall in it's possibilities with bad coding, slowly forcing it to either adapt or die.

Every time I try to send in system specs it doesn't work. It tells me my specs just fine but when I send I get a message "there was a problem sending your information to battle.net"
