im a TTW speced mage for the added utility of FM with my fire build but im not sure why, as far as i know you cant slow or snare a boss. the only area in all of icecrown i can see it haveing a noticable affect is on the valks. so i was wondering why we spec that far into arcane and second where do you think those 3 points could be spen to maximise dmg?

http://www.wowarmory.com/character-talents.xml?r=Kil'jaeden&cn=Siop&group=1 is my spec

was thinking either

Attack speed debuffs also count as slows for Torment the Weak.
And the good news is: every tank class/spec uses such an attack speed buff, meaning that TTW applies all the time on 'tanked' targets.

Warriors -> Thunder Clap
Paladins -> Judgements of the Just
Death Knight -> Icy Touch
Druids -> Infected Wounds

  Also note that other DKs will keep their ITs up, thus you should have 100% up-time on TTW.  It's basically a required raiding talent, and I will be glad when it gets converted to a talent bonus.
